Project Sirius is an afrofuturist series of posters depicting Mission Sirius, a Mission to return to the star Sirius. This Project is informed by the West African ethnic group, the Dogon, beliefs that Sirius the Star is the ancestral home and that their ancestors held all knowledge. 

'Comforting Hands'  is centered around the power of human touch. Human touch equates to feeling cared for and to feeling loved. For many people, the touch changes throughout time and life experiences. One person's view of comforting hands can be someone else’s nightmare. In this series, It is up to the viewer to determine wether the hands are gentle or rough.
